At Homegrown Hydroponics, we strive to simplify the process of setting up your dream garden. Through our e-commerce platform, we ensure to deliver all the necessary hydroponic grow kits, grow lights, growth nutrients, and more while you track your order’s progress on its way.

Please read below carefully before ordering online with Homegrown Hydroponics.

Ordering Process

Our ordering process is fairly straightforward.

  • Browse through our product catalogues.
  • Select the product item that you wish to order along with the quantity of the item, and add it to the cart. 
  • On the cart, you can calculate the shipping cost for the order by entering the shipping address.
  • The cart will allow you to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  •  If you want to order more products, click ‘Continue Shopping’. You can also remove the products from the cart before placing the order.
  •  If you are ready to place your order, then proceed to checkout.
  • The checkout screen will require you to enter billing and shipping information that includes your name, address, postal code, phone number, and email id.
  • You also have the option for logging into your account if you wish to auto-populate these fields on the Checkout page. 
  • If you don’t have an account, you would have the option to create an account with Homegrown Hydroponics or check out as a guest.
  • The right-hand side of the screen will give the total cost of the order including product costs, shipping charges, and taxes.  
  • You can either pay through PayPal or enter your credit card details to place the order.
Ordering Process

Shipping

We have dedicated staff working on online orders to ensure that orders are processed and shipped in less than 48 hours by UPS or Post. Once an order is processed, we send you a confirmation email and a tracking number so you can check the status of your order online. If we don’t have stock on a product, we will notify you of the best course of action.

Returns Policy

  • Homegrown Hydroponics follows a NO RETURNS policy with e-commerce orders. If you are unsure about if a product or order is right for you, please contact our sales staff and they will be pleased to assist you to ensure your satisfaction.
  •  However, if you have purchased from one of our brick and mortar stores, and have the hard copy of the bill handy, we would facilitate returns on a case-to-case basis within 30 days.
  • Please note that consumable products such as growing mediums, fertilizers and growth nutrients cannot be returned irrespective of the method of purchase (online or in-store). This is due to maintaining product integrity for the products we sell.

Damaged Products

Homegrown Hydroponics takes utmost care in the packaging and shipping of products. However, in case of unfortunate damages during the shipping process, we urge you to get in touch with us ASAP. We might require pictures of the damaged item as proof to file a claim with our shipping carriers. Once the claim has been processed by the shipping company, we will ship the same product to you without any additional charges. Please keep in mind that the entire process can take up to 6 weeks more.

Warranties

We don’t provide any warranties on products from our end. We are able to assist your warranty claims with our distributors and manufacturers.  If manufacturers offer warranties on individual products, you can find individual warranty cards enclosed with the products in the shipping package. We will publish available warranty information on our website.

Bulk Orders

As an experienced wholesaler and retailer we know how to get large orders where they need to go –and fast. However, to figure out the shipping costs of bulk orders, we need to figure out the mode of shipping/delivery.

Currently, our website doesn’t facilitate placing bulk orders online. However, you may still create your bulk order, add it to the cart, and request a quote to send us your order. Once we receive your bulk order request, we will get in touch with you to figure out the shipping plan and total cost. Once you pay for the bulk order through PayPal, credit card, or another accepted method, we will ship your order as per your preferred mode of shipping/delivery.
